Offers all you need for a fun and restful vacation, including private direct beach access , spa tub. multi-jet massage shower, beach gear from chairs to toys. Two outdoor showers, gas grill with lounging deck for watching the morning sunrise or observation deck to watch the moonlight dancing on the water and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. You won't have to travel to experience the amazing wonder of the Leatherback laying her eggs or the hatchlings running to the surf to start their adventures. May through Oct. Turtle Reef is located in a primary turtle nesting area.

There is something for everyone, watch your favorite cable show, catch up on your reading in the sun room , or simply enjoy the view. If action is what you seek surfing the waves, fish from the shoreline or take a long walk along miles and miles of pristine beach. Let's not forget about the chef of the group, with a well stock kitchen, open floor plan and incredible view everyone will want to hang out with the chef. .

This home had everything you could possibly want or need! The location was perfect and the house is beautiful and the outside areas were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Perfect beach house!
Each of our extended family members (ages 15-82) fully enjoyed our Christmas vacation at this property. The The setting right on a great walking beach was lovely. Most of us enjoyed swimming in the ocean and then warming up in the hot tub and the large heated pool. The bird watchers walked or drove to nearby nature preserves. We cooked most of our meals in the very well supplied kitchen. The house is nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. From the beach outside the house, we we had a great experience watching two rockets blast off from Cape Canaveral. Everyone wants to come here for another vacation!

A Perfect Beach House
Turtle Reef is the best beach house we’ve rented in 20-plus years of renting. Gorgeous views, lots of space, good bedrooms and bathrooms, nice pool, fully stocked kitchen, a garage full of beach toys, plus board games and more. We spent a glorious Thanksgiving week with our entire family and cannot wait to return.

Awesome spot directly on the beach!
Turtle Reef is a spacious property with every amenity needed to enjoy the outdoors and surrounding area. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will return, given the opportunity. The pool/cabana area is private and was a favorite spot every day. The beach is directly out the back doors of the house and is nearly private, almost nobody on it. There was a perfect view of two SpaceX launches while we were there, very cool to see! Great place!

Honeymoon nightmare
Stayed here multiple times. Never again ! Beach was under construction directly infront of the house for 6 days ! Sewer backed up into the house the night of the wedding( Wednesday )and we had to wait to hear from the property manager 10am (Thursday)the next morning. No one came to fix it and clean until the following day.( Friday) All 5 family members had to leave early and honeymooners stayed in apartment because they were told they could for a steep discount and we would be refunded for Wednesday- Friday. Waited over 3 weeks for refund and it was originally only 2 nights and charged full price for apartment ! Had to fight to get a more reasonable refund and finally did. Not the way you treat repeat renters ! Beautiful property sad to see it mismanaged !

We had an amazing stay at Turtle Reef. It’s a beautiful home supplied with every amenity to make for a very comfortable stay. It’s a perfect location with gorgeous views of the ocean & a beautiful pool. Very clean, organized & well kept. We couldn’t have been any happier with our stay. The house is even better than the pictures.

Cannot beat the location!
The location of this home is amazing!! Just a couple steps out your back door and you are at the beach. The views from inside the home are incredible. There was plenty of space, privacy, all needs of the home were provided for and more! Only recommendation is to upgrade the couches as they have both seen better days, are very worn and not very comfortable (you sink to the bottom when you sit in them). The pool was fantastic as well!
