Major emphasis on BUDGET. Look elsewhere
Unfortunately we got what we paid for. I found this hotel and habing stayed at Ibis before I trusted the chain. It is a great central location but that is about it. When it says budget they really mean BUDGET. I wish I was able to see from the photos on the site that the bathroom was a literal shower curtain to cover the sink, and the toilet was in what would appear to be a closet. The curtains, the ac, the windows the carpet, the hallway, and everything about this hotel was super dingy. I coild smell pee in the lobby/entrance going to the lifts, and at one point the lift door wouldnt open so my husband and other people got stuck. The stairwell was really gross. Just... beware. You get what you pay for. I wish I took photos of the room but I seriously just wanted to cry and looked forward to not spending time there. I did take a photo of this very narrow sloping hall corridor that led to our room. I honestly wonder if staying at a hostel would have been a better experience.

The hotel was in a prime spot to go exploring the city. The trams right out the front made access to everything easy. The rooms were nothing flash, somewhere to shower and sleep, beds comfortable enough although our room was arranged wrong for it's shape and lighting, lounge was where the bed should have been. There were a few issues, the tap on the sink was loose and so was the shower head. Walls were dirty and could use an actual wash down. The hallway carpets very dirty. The staff were good and accommodating though which made the week we stayed easy. Rooms are serviced daily which is great for fresh towels and the staff servicing were always happy to help out with any requests. The hotel asks for a $100 deposit that is refunded after you leave the hotel. They have the ability to hold your luggage if you arrive before check in time and have a clearly marked box for outside office hours check out. We dropped our keys off at 4am for early flights and our deposit was refunded by 9am the next day.
