Great family home for baseball/softball families participating at USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Only 19 miles/27 minutes drive.

MAIN LIVING AREA: Enter this private home into the open living space that has 3 huge sliders overlooking the pool from all areas. Features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and built in microwave), large island with bar and seating for 3. Dining room with seating for 8. Large living room with sleeper sofa.

MASTER: Huge, bright master bedroom with private bath features double vanities, granite countertops and oversized floor to ceiling tiled shower. Sliders lead to the pool and outdoor entertainment area.

2ND BEDROOM: King bedroom with direct access into 2nd bathroom that has double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.

2ND BATHROOM: Hall bath features double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.

3RD BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 4th bedroom.

Remember this is a HUGE pool.

I can't say enough about this house. They thought of everything. We are a family that likes to cook. They had a plethora of flatware, pots and pans and mixing bowls. The pool was huge and very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Updated, Well stocked, clean and spacious home

We stayed in this lovely home for my daughter’s graduation at FIT. We booked a total of 3 nights. We had 9 of us staying in the home and 3 visiting guests from the area for dinners/meals. The home provides comfort for 15 people easily. 3 full bathrooms and well stocked kitchen and amenities. The pool is huge. The hosts are responsive and check in was flawless. Would highly recommend staying if you have a bigger family

The house was nicely renovated.  The day of our arrival we were informed that the pool heater was not working but we were provided with a refund and an option to use an adjacent house's pool.  The kitchen was nice with modern appliances and utensils.  Do bring your own ice which we did not mind.  HVAC (cold) and hot water all worked well. The house did have a musty odor and some bugs in the bathtubs upon arrival. The lack of a fourth bathroom (we had 5 adults staying with 3 teenagers) and also going through the master bedroom to get to the teenager's room (old garage) was a bit of an issue. With that said we would recommend the house and stay there again.

Lots of space

Plenty of room for the whole family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone has plenty of space. The pool was the highlight of the trip. Lots of hours spent swimming. Easy to get to the beach if you want. Plenty of places to shop and dine in the area. We had a great time.

Perfect for my daughters FIT graduation celebration. Well stocked kitchen. Beds extremely comfortable. Spotless bathrooms with good showers. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was clean! the pool was HUGE! we all enjoyed it! The ice maker being broken was slightly inconvenient! I picked out the house because the bonus room was perfect for 3 boys we had. I do wish it was described as being connect to the Master Bedroom. Having 3 boys in and out of the master was disruptive. But overall, The house was perfect for us! I would highly recommend it!

Our family enjoyed many hour’s swimming in the largest VRBO pool home I have ever rented before. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space to enjoy family time. I definitely would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open great room was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed however the ice maker did not work. Very nice quality linens and towels. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The only negative to this property is that it could be maintained better.

Melbourne Golf Trip

The accommodations for our group of 8 was great with the four King bedrooms, large dining table, and the large open living room. The property had obviously been renovated on the inside and was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were still some unsightly things inside like the ceiling vents, bathroom door leading outside, and the sliding doors to the pool. It was nice to have a large table and chairs outside and under cover but that cover is also in need of renovation. Overall, the house was very comfortable and clean and met our needs.

Loved it!!

This property was everything I expected plus more! My family and I were in awe when we walked through the door. ALL of the beds were so comfortable. Comfortable mattresses are high on my list when going on vacation and these did not disappoint. I was a little bummed when reading reviews that the bedrooms didn’t have TVs, but to our surprise there was TVs in every room except for one. Another surprise was all of the accommodations the host provided! The kitchen was supplied with every seasoning you could imagine, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, and keurig pods. There was air freshener spray for the bathrooms, a blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom. They also provided enough beach towels for the whole family, beach chairs, and a chest by the pool full of pool toys and floats. The only downfall was the ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work, so we had to go old school with the ice trays, but we made it work. I highly recommend this property. My family and I will definitely book again!

Great Melbourne Vacation Home

Spacious, clean, and so much fun. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the king bedrooms and short drive to FL attractions. Would recommend and hopefully will make it back down to stay again!

Well... the size of the property is very deceiving. they're was so much room and the pool was great. opted for the heated pool, thank God, most mornings it was 82 and got to 84 once the day got on. We enjoyed our time here. it was nothing fancy, but sufficient. i think it was a little pricey for what you did get.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in was very simple and the host was very nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely look into staying again when we are back in town for tournaments at the USSSA Space Coast Complex.
