Wonderful location with everything you need

Bynada is a beautiful property with ample accommodation for 8 people. The house has all the amenities needed for a relaxed and enjoyable family holiday, and is a short walk to the Mt Martha Village, the beach and boardwalks. This is our second stay and it is a great venue for large and multigenerational groups.

Wonderful stay for the whole family

Bynada is a beautiful property. It has ample bedroom accommodation, large living and dining areas, and a wonderful outdoor area including pool. It is extremely well located within walking distance to the village, beach and briar walking trails. It presented as very clean with beautiful quality furnishings, a bookcase with puzzles, games and a family smart TV. We had 3 generations staying and the house was enjoyed by all.

Comfortable home in walking distance to everything.

Byanda is a lovely home with comfortable rooms and a great layout for parents at one end and children and guests at the other. The extendable dining table meant we could all sit down and enjoy meals together while looking out over the garden, and the concrete floors in the entrance hall and kitchen are fantastic for kids coming in from the beach and the pool. We all enjoyed the pool, garden and undercover BBQ area, and fortunately, had wonderful weather during our stay to make the most of these features. The home has an array of amenities, the kitchen in particular has everything you need for meals for a big family and this helped to make our stay enjoyable, the adults certainly appreciated the off-street parking. Byanda is close to the Boardwalk, which we tackled each day, and only a 10 minute walk into the village for ice-cream and the beach - a very easy and flat walk. Some noisy neighbours but this is easily remedied by closing windows and doors at night. A sensational home that we would recommend to everyone. Thank-you to all at Byanda for a great stay. Fantastic location...perfect holiday retreat

Beautiful property, ideal location, So much space and fantastic layout. Bedrooms in seperate area meant noise from living areas did not disturb sleepers. Fantastic pool and entertaining deck. Walking distance to beach and shops. Had a perfect experience.
