A small grassed garden area perfect for children to play, fully fenced and gated.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs lies a spacious living area that hosts a theatre room with a large flat screen smart TV.
Bedroom 1 large master bedroom with a queen bed.
Ensuite with bath, shower, double vanity and toilet.
