The Space:

Welcome to Casa Vista — a spacious family retreat nestled amongst the eucalyptus trees of Kalorama in the Dandenong Ranges.



Designed for families and groups, the home combines generous shared spaces with room for everyone to retreat. The light-filled main living area looks out into the surrounding trees, while the fully equipped kitchen and large dining area make gathering together easy.



Downstairs is a retreat for kids of all ages. Older children, teens and adults can enjoy the Nintendo Switch with four Pro Controllers, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Bros. Wonder and digital Hasbro family games including Monopoly. Younger guests have their own zone with books, toys and games, while the daybed offers adults a cosy spot to read and relax nearby.



Casa Vista features three bedrooms, including a king master, plus flexible additional sleeping spaces and a dedicated study. Multiple living areas give larger families and groups plenty of room to spread out.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying at Casa Vista and is the easiest way to explore Kalorama and the wider Dandenong Ranges.



Mount Dandenong, Olinda, Sassafras, local walking trails, gardens and scenic lookouts are all easily accessible by car, while the Yarra Valley is close enough for an easy day trip.



Local roads through the Dandenong Ranges can be winding, and conditions may occasionally be foggy or wet, particularly during the cooler months. Take your time and enjoy the beautiful drive through the forest.

Pets are welcome at Casa Vista — we love that you want to bring your furry friend along.



Casa Vista is surrounded by the natural environment of the Dandenong Ranges. Native birds and wildlife are regular visitors, and leaves, bark and other signs of the surrounding eucalyptus forest are naturally part of the experience.



The Dandenong Ranges can be noticeably cooler than metropolitan Melbourne throughout the year, so we recommend bringing an extra layer, even during the warmer months.



Families with young children are very welcome at Casa Vista. While we've created dedicated spaces for younger guests to enjoy, children should be supervised throughout the home and outdoor areas.



Please also respect our peaceful residential neighbourhood and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening.
