First time staying here, great location. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Quick pointer, if you are like me and get up through the night. Block the night light sensors in the room, your partner will thank you. 10/10 will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location in the CBD, near to the river, and Southern Cross station, handy for the Skybus airport shuttle. Staff couldn't do enough for us (Francisco who checked us in was brilliant), including the bar tenders in the fabulous bar on the 25th floor. The city view room didn't disappoint, with 180 degrees of the city from the dual aspect windows. Excellent all round.

Our stay was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suitcase lock broke and they sent up the hotel engineer to help us out. The restaurant staff were amazing and even brought out my wife a birthday pancake with a candle at breakfast. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again next time we go it’s so close to shopping, restaurants and Marvel Stadium for the footy.

Fantastic time at the Hyatt Centric for a family staycation. The staff provided amazing service and were very friendly, the hotel interior and rooms were amazing and kids loved the indoor pool for a winter paddle. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Melbourne. And thanks Hyatt for the room upgrade!

The Hyatt Centric was in a great location particularly for the train station only a 5 minute walk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice Staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly, professional and helpful
