Beautiful Provincial Home Red Hill

An idyllic family holiday awaits in this magnificent French provincial style home set in the heart of Red Hill, where luxury, elegance, comfort and space are the backdrop to your time away. No detail has been overlooked in the conception and execution of this superb, character filled home, where the delights of the Peninsulas award winning vineyards, dramatic surf beaches and beautiful sandy bay beaches are at your doorstep.

Your family and friends will delight in all that this charming home has to offer with oodles of stylish space both inside and out to rest, play and reconnect. This hinterland, two storey beauty is perfectly placed to accommodate an intergenerational or multi family escape, perhaps with loved ones and friends convened for a special occasion or celebration.

The vast, pretty landscaped grounds with sweet outbuildings offer myriad photo opportunities, pre-wedding snaps in this lush locale would be special indeed. Day to day outdoor fun is taken care of via a large trampoline and various outdoor seating and dining zones where you will be transported to the likes of Provence. Small corporate gatherings could also unfold here, with library nooks and open plan living zones able to accommodate both intimate and broader gatherings of colleagues to team build or nut out fresh ideas and strategy.

The fifth bedroom is in the study area which is open plan with farmhouse style home has room for up 12 guests. Well behaved pets under the watch and care of their owners are also welcome. Downstairs beyond the impressive 18th century French chateau front double doors is the expansive king master with ensuite bathroom fit for the lord of the manor. Also downstairs is a second bedroom with king bed.

Bedrooms three and four are both upstairs featuring a queen bed and single bunk and single bed with trundle respectively, bedroom five is in the study, which is not private, however has a single day bed and trundle. The kids will have a ball in their own private island getaway bunkroom in which imaginations will soar. A separate study also features a single bed with trundle. All are serviced by a second family bathroom upstairs, while linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided.

The second level hosts this character filled homes vast, open plan living space where you and your loved ones can gather, relax and unwind beneath the exposed antique beams, stunning statement light fittings and surrounded by stylish provincial style furnishings.

The adjacent fully equipped kitchen will satisfy any gourmand, while the impressive coffee machine will have caffeine fiends lining up to partake. The aroma of freshly ground coffee beans fills the space. 

iPad controlled heating and cooling throughout ensures guests comfort all year round, while the mood is only enhanced by a wood fireplace in the main living for cosy nights in. A Sonos sound system and smart TV with streaming services available via guests own accounts complete the package.

The home also has a second living area when breakout activities call for more space. Back outside, the stunning outdoor entertaining patio area with its large beams is an impressive place to lazy away an afternoon. Nearby is a charcoal and gas barbeque all set against a great sized yard that little holiday makers will love to explore. Early adopters will also welcome the home’s Tesla charging station.

This touch of France on the peninsula is just a short stroll to local cafes, wineries, pubs and providores, while the Red Hill Market can be readily accessed via the boardwalk. A short drive lands you at some of Peninsulas most beautiful beaches and world class golf courses. At just one an hour from Melbourne, there is truly something for everyone.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund.
