I have been on the fence about writing this as I use wotif regularly for personal and work, this trip was work related and I have now had parents of my clients come back with complaints of my booking. This accommodation was disappointing from the start, with sending me verification codes to enter apartment with no comment in terms of check in time to then receive several messages and calls asking us where we are, how long will we be and expecting to rush to the accommodation as someone was waiting for us. When getting there, the guy told us we can check out until 1pm to just message him but then woke up to an email at 8:30am saying check out is 9am. Now once there, the standard of the cleanliness was disgusting, finding blood on spare blankets, urine on the walls, floors not swept, dead bugs etc. I definitely will not be booking here again!
