MAIN LIVING AREA: When you enter the home, the formal living room includs a pull-out queen couch and breakfast table for 4. The large modern galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, undercounter lighting and fully stocked amenities.
Step down into the 2nd LIVING AREA/FLORIDA ROOM: A table for 10 with sideboard and large living room with oversized sectional couch and 55 inch tv, complete with cable and Roku (Netflix and Hulu included).
BEDROOMS: One king bedroom and large laundry room are located off of the Florida room. 3 other bedrooms (king with adjoining new bathroom and two queens with shared bathroom) are located off of the formal living.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS: Large pool oasis with heated pool (optional), bbq grill and casual seating.
HEATED POOL: Optional at $20/day. Pool will be set to 84 degrees for enjoying in the cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the pump does it's best to keep it at 84 degrees but, depending on the temperature differential, it may drop slightly.
