We recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our 12 year old daughter. Our daughter slept in the fold out bed which was comfortable. Kitchenette and facilities were excellent. Location is great with great walking options to entertainment and dining in the Docklands or catch the free tram to the city. Staff were always smiling, polite and very helpful. We had a great stay.

Have stayed before. While it’s good in comparison to a lot of hotels, compared to other Quest locations it was not the normal level. Iron was rusty, and had melted plastic on it, toilet area was dirty in corners, kitchenette hasn’t been wiped down. I’d stay again as these things could be fixed at any time except New Years.
