Had a great stay. On checkin in mentioned it was our anniversary and we were given a very nice bottle of wine to celebrate. Thankyou again! Breakfast was very nice! We had dinner at a restaurant close by , SUD , Easy walk there and back. I love Melbourne ! Great Weekend all round !

Staff at hotel lobby quite courteous, location is excellent, breakfast spread doesn’t have a variety and didn’t appreciated the rationing done by housekeeping staff for replenishments for tea/coffee bags/water bottles, had more than one instance of dirty towels/sheets being re-used despite requesting for replacement. Cleaning is not that professional

The bed and especially the pillows were quite uncomfortable. The TV would work occasionally. One day the Housekeeping forgot to clean up my room despite my hanging the Room Tidy up tag outside the door. There was no maintenance facilities after 5PM. It just didn't go with the Radisson Brand!

Enjoyed our stay very much

A great location - close to public transport. A lovely view over Flagstaff Gardens. Room was spacious and bathroom was very nice. Tge breakfast was fantastic and tge staff were all super friendly.

Stephen in the restaurant in the evenings was a great bloke, friendly and with an awesome sense of humour. Made the experience all the more fun. Lucy who greeted us and looked after us in the morning breakfast times was also lovely, friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued.
