Located in walking distance to historic Sorrento village with endless shops, restaurants and Aurora Spa & Bathhouse. Nearby are the calm waters of Sorrento front beach and Sorrento ocean beach which offers rock pools and surf for the experienced surfer. A stroll to Koonya general store, St Paul's general store, Diamond Bay beach and the Melbourne Rd walking trail is at your doorstep.

Welcoming atmosphere that feels both stylish and laid back, offering four bedrooms two bathrooms and a large garden which makes it the perfect place to unwind. Ideal for family holidays, couples weekends away, golf trips or friends getaways. Private large wrap around balcony, two separate entrances and ample parking onsite. Lower floor has two bedrooms, large entrance, bathroom and laundry. Bedrooms have a queen bed and one king single bed, both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Upper floor accommodates four people with two queen size beds and built in robes. Open plan kitchen, living and dining area which embodies a sense of calm as you look out to tree tops. Upper floor has separate entrance.
