Please request cot and BYO linen for infant. There are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained during your stay.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
Dogs that shed are not welcome on carpet areas.
All dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
You must clean up any hair or droppings form your dog.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.

Standard check-in: 3pm

Pricing:
Base price is for 2 guests and increases $40 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.

Bond:
If you do not have an average 5 star reviews there is a bond payment due 2 days before the stay of $600.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1500.

The house is located on a quiet street at the Waterfall Gully end of Rosebud. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes. The property is located on dirt road.

Fun for all ages

Everything was great except for two things. Being in our late 60’s and early 70’ we found it really hard to get out of the pool. Need something to hold onto to. The only other thing was the en-suite toilet isn’t working. Otherwise it was excellent and we had a great week.

Great house yet internet was an annoyance

On first arrival we were so happy with the house it’s great has everything you could need, plenty of space and the pool is great. Loved that we could bring the dogs along too. We were already planning he next trip there with friends in our mind. Admittedly we then discovered the internet didn’t work which did become a big frustration as we planned a quiet relaxing weekend and it wasn’t stated on the info we we’rnt expecting not to have it and spent a lot of time trying to get it to work. As you can imagine this isn’t particularly relaxing. I understand the service out there might not be great and that may not be avoidable but it wasn’t slow, it literally didn’t work at all and it’s also advertised as a draw card of the property if the weather isn’t great. I think that it should probably be stated on the listing. Otherwise a fantastic house and we’d love to come back if this was sorted out. Many thanks

Wonderful house in a great location

Fantastic home with a private yard and beautiful pool area. Well equipped, clean and very welcoming property with everything you need and so close to beaches and the best fish and chips at the local shops. The bottle of wine on arrival was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for being truly pet friendly! We really hope to be back next year.
