The space
Here, you'll find a beautiful townhouse designed with a commitment to environmental and social sustainability. This design fosters community connections while minimising its ecological footprint, harmonising perfectly with the waterside precinct. There is a single car Garage plus a Private Parking spot for a second car.
You will be at the doorstep of the Jawbone Flora and Fauna Reserve, a protected conservation area featuring wetlands, open grasslands, saltmarshes, and mangroves. The reserve offers fantastic opportunities for bird watching and cycling or walking along The Bay Trail. Additionally, a 20-minute walk will take you to Williamstown Beach, where you can enjoy the beach, local cafes and eateries.
The Townhouse has 3 levels.
Level one has direct access to the lock up garage, a full bathroom with bathtub, study area, European style Laundry with front load washer and dryer. There is also a spacious bedroom with queen size bed and quality bedroom furniture.
Level two is the main living area with spacious kitchen, dining area and access to the balcony that offers water views onto the wetlands and Port Phillip Bay. The living area has Leather couches and a large screen TV. There is also a Powder room/toilet on this level.
Level 3 contains the Main Bedroom has queens size bed, quality furniture and loads of storage with full ensuite bathroom. There is also another two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Ther is also a full bathroom on this level.
