I felt unsafe at this property. Everytime you walk in the bathroom a light would flash from the toilet as if a picture was being taken. I could not sleep due to the knocking on the walls, doors being slammed and dogs barking throughout the night. I only stayed 1 night compared to 3. This was a very unpleasant stay.

The employee who checked us in gave us the wrong key and told us the wrong room number. Since he did not write it down for us, we double-checked verbally with him and went into our room. At 11pm, another guest entered the room since they were given the same room information. Come to find out in the morning when our keys did not work to get in the room and we went to the front desk, we were supposed to be checked into a completely different room. Although the team lead did correct this in the morning, it was very scary to have an unknown person enter your room in the middle of the night. In addition, the fridge was dirty, the stove had hair, and there was mold/dust on the window sill. The chairs were ripped and dusty. I would not stay here again.

There was nobody at the front desk and after waiting 10 minutes I called the reservation desk to get someone to find an employee on premises. Unfortunately there was only one person overseeing the hotel. He a as responsive and courteous but needed and extra hand.
