The pool was freezing!! The heat pump did not work. The only reason we went here was for the indoor pool. The kids were very disappointed. Also, our remote for the TV did not work. Breakfast was meh. Housekeeping did not remove any of our used cups/glasses.

Wonderfully accommodating!

We arrived on Long Island very late on the 10th. We were at a hotel that was completely horrid and we had to get out of there. We left there the morning of the 12th and booked the Marriott. We left without showering and needed to get ourselves together for the day. The staff at the Marriott allowed us to get into a room around 11 and helped us tremendously. We really couldn't wait until 3pm check in. We were given waters and greeted with smiles. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and everything we needed. Bed comfortable. Only request I would make is to make the quiet hours sign more visible. No one sees that on the door outside the elevator. We had lots of noise after midnight with very loud talking and kids running in the halls.

This Marriott was more like a Marri-not. Rooms are decent size but the cleanliness leaves a lot to desire. I turned off the light and walked around with my flashlight (dim lit) and saw spots on the tables, bathroom counter, and the coffee container. What disappointed me most was def the room cleanliness and the very poor WiFi service. Let me be clear, the wifi was atrocious. Gym is basic. Didn’t try the pool, but wouldn’t want to. I just wasn’t impressed. If this hotel went by any other name I would NOT have paid the nightly rate.

The Property was very clean and well maintained. The issues we had were two false alarm fire sirens in the building. One around 8:50 a.m. and a second around 9:10 a.m. Sleep was sadly interrupted with no explanation. After we decided to checkout prematurely, I arrived at my vehicle that had been vandalized in the Marriott parking lot while we slept overnight. My window was shattered and the front desk said they had no cameras on the parking lot much less any responsibility...
