The home itself was absolutely beautiful but it was a real bummer that we couldn’t have family over seeing as we were in town from Florida to visit family! The moment our family pulled up to welcome us we were asked to have them leave! I don’t feel like all guests should have to suffer because someone else gave you a bad experience! Outside of that it was a great stay!

One Night in Memphis

This was a multi-generational "Girls Trip" of mother, daughters, and aunts (all over age 50). The house decor was cute and the beds were comfortable. The house was located just 10 minutes from Beale Street. It was on a cul-de-sac, meaning practically no traffic by the home itself, but the interstate is located right behind the subdivision and train tracks nearby (not an issue for city dwellers, but might be for those that are not used to traffic noise). The only real issue we had with our stay were the rugs in the living and dining room. Because the rugs weren't the heaviest of material, they were constantly buckling up and posing a tripping hazard. Since a couple of our group use canes to get around, this was a safety concern for us. Otherwise, we had no problems and were happy with our stay.

Best Host Ever

The home was exactly as advertised. Daphne was the most responsive host we have ever worked with. I contacted her with several questions and she usually responded within 15 minutes. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The pool table was nice and we used it a lot. The home is close to the freeway which was a concern to me as I am a light sleeper. My concern was unfounded as once inside the home you do not hear the passing vehicles other than an occasional rumble from a big truck. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house could not be better situated. 2.5 miles to city center. 5.9 miles to Graceland and about the same to the airport. We would gladly stay here if we return to the area.

Cozy and Cute!

I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed at a Vrbo that was actually decorated, and the host of this one actually took the time to decorate for holidays. There’s just something homely and wholesome about that. The place was comfortable and cozy, communication was top tier. Zero complaints here and if I’m back in Memphis anytime soon I’d book all over again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Daphne was a great host. Responded quickly with any questions that we had. The place was very clean and in a great neighborhood very quiet. It was very close to all of our activities and things we were doing while in Memphis. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay in Memphis!

Property was perfect for our family’s vacation! Daphne was so kind and understanding of my kids playing with the Alexa system and was even kind enough to mail back something we forgot when we left. We will be back for sure!

Quiet Neighbourhood. Family friendly

We enjoyed our stay. Close to all we wanted to see and do. We had a car so not sure about public transport. The home had exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, relaxing and clean.

Quiet space

Our stay here was a halfway point back home from Florida. The host was very responsive and even offered up suggestions for family friendly activities. The neighborhood is very quiet. We only saw a few people on one of the three days we were there. The interior is nicely decorated and we enjoyed playing pool. I would recommend this space and would consider staying here again.

Nice get-away spot!

My husband, mom and I were in town to visit Graceland and explore the area so it was a quick trip - only 2 nights. This place was close to Graceland - very convenient. We rented a car making it easy to get around. I didn't see many taxis or ubers, so highly recommend renting a car if you want to do a bit of exploring. Would stay here again if ever we were going to be in the area. Daphne was very responsive! She made sure the lights were on when I let her know we'd be arriving very late.
