The staff are amazing, always there to assist with anything you need. The room was clean as were the hallways. The breakfast is a full breakfast, not just a continental style. They had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice and hot tea or coffee.

The staff, the clean room and the location stood out the most. Since the hotel is located on Beale Street, they acknowledged that it might get loud so they provided ear plugs to help you sleep at night, which I thought was great

First time in Memphis and not disappointed at all with this choice of hotel. My room was large and the bed very comfortable. Being 2 minutes from the FedEx Forum and Beale Street were also huge bonuses.
