Great stay!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Incredibly clean. Very cozy. Lots of extras like a bar and grill. Firepit area was awesome. Separate lounging area away from the bar. Pool and exercise area were spacious. Impressed with the several different common areas where guests could sit and relax outside of their room. Instead of having to ask for things, including taking out the trash in the room and making the beds everyday, they were done automatically. Will absolutely stay again!!!

The parking area is safe. I went to the lobby at 5 a.m. to ask about coffee. The front desk clerk was laying on the couch talking on the phone and did not even see me. When he did, he asked me if he could help me. I almost always chose Hilton properties, but I would be reluctant to stay here again.

Best Gem in Southaven

I found my home hotel. Whenever I travel to Memphis this is where I will stay. Though it's just outside the Tennessee state line. I will stay at this location. Latoya and the staff at this hotel were SUPER great in professionalism, friendliness, hospitality, courteousness. THEY ALL DESERVE TO BE PAID DOUBLE IN WAGES/SALARY! I absolutely loved my stay!!! My family and I always stay at the Hilton Garden inn. One reason, the staff, pool area, and the cleaning staff. One thing I like to say is yhat the hallway catpet needs to be vleanef more regularly, plus the room carpets, overall everything is Beautiful
