Throughout this home, you'll find four gorgeous bedrooms. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms off of the main hallway, each with one king bed in each. On the other end of the first floor is the third bed, with one queen bed and direct access to a cozy screened-in porch with comfy seating and a great view of the big backyard! Upstairs, the entire top floor has been converted into a huge fourth bedroom, with two full beds, cozy design, and lots of unique, comfy seating.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms with a king bed has an attached master ensuite, with two sinks, one toilet, and a walk-in shower. The other two downstairs bedrooms share another full bathroom, with a sink, shower, and walk-in shower. Upstairs has one more large bathroom, with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen and dining area is open, bright, and modern. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with a gorgeous, sleek design, new stainless steel appliances, and a coffee station (Keurig & coffee pods). The dining room sits right beside the kitchen with enough seating for 8 (plus 2 countertop seats) and a cozy fireplace.

The host was fine - responsive. However there were many aspects of the rental that weren’t great. The hot tub was off and uncovered when we got there, so we couldn’t use it the first night. The dishwasher was broken, and the house was not particularly clean, and the location didn’t feel walkable due to numerous homeless people hanging around the street.

When we arrived, the temperature in the house was 77 degrees. While the owner was very responsive, the problem was not resolved during our stay. What really bothers me is she tried to act like she didn’t know there was a problem with the ac. The thermostat showed this problem had been going on for at least 10 days. She did provide a small refund but we were still miserable. The filter had obviously not been changed for some time which is neglect. There are also soft spots in the floor which were covered up by throw rugs. The one at the foot of the stairs going to the second level is particularly bad. The towels were thin and small. Only 8 towels were provided for 6 people, so if you want to shower daily,you have to wash towels daily. The decor was beautiful but not very functional.

Honest Review

The property was large and spacious with great proximity to downtown and the local parks. Had a great time with family and friends at the house. Some of the items in the house could have been better quality but wasn’t enough to complain about. The pricing was good and offered a huge property with a fun theme.

It was beautifully decorated, but a lot of repairs to be done..the broken wood floors and the stair railings. There were ant issues as well. In my opinion it was not a kid friendly rental house.

INCREDIBLY SPACES AND ACCOMMODATING

We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY when we stepped into this home. There was so much space and very open. There were plenty of towels and so many extras for us to enjoy our stay. The place was so clean, and we really were able to enjoy our stay. We could tell the owner really cared about our vacations.

Perfect for longer stays!

We had everything we needed and the check in and out process was seamless. The house is so fun and colorful and has plenty of space. The upstairs wasn’t used but if it were to be it does get warm during the day. Our host was amazing and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

Tournament weekend
