I feel really bad leaving this review because the host was very kind and attentive. The reason for my review is solely based on the property itself. Location wise, great. It’s around everything there is to see in Memphis. The loft itself was not clean.. the toilet smelled like public restroom, the mirror was dirty, the floor felt like it hadn’t been mopped or swept in weeks, there was mold in the shower, wires, cords and pipes coming out of the ceiling, etc. There needs to be a little more care put into this place and it could be really great. I honestly can’t say that I would stay here again.

Host was great, very quick to respond to any questions, friendly and all around a pleasure to work with! The unit I booked was listed as available by mistake but the host quickly got me into another unit way before my original check in time for no additional cost. The unit I was in was great and perfect for our stay. Definitely would stay at any of their rentals again!
