The front bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open onto the balcony, a 40" smart TV and 2 closets. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed.
The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Dreamy Oceanside escape. What a wonderful place for our girls weekend getaway. The location was absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere- to the headlands, the beach, the amazing local restaurants and coffee shops. Mendicino is paradise! Everyone was so friendly. The field in front of the house was prime birding. The house itself was perfect- cozy cozy beds, great kitchen, great TV. Loved tea on the balcony for sunrise and sunset. Will definitely be back!!!

This location is unbeatable, and we loved having so much room to spread out after a week of cramped hotel rooms, not to mention laundry facilities! The kitchen is extremely large, clean and well-stocked. Despite coastal fog every day but our last, the ocean view is stunning and coffee or wine on your own ocean view porch was a daily treat. Don't skip walking the Headlands Path, which has spectacular views. It was great to quickly walk to a delicious dinner at McCallum House, fabulous breakfasts at Goodlife Cafe, and unique shopping. We enjoyed the architecture of this village and spotting all the old water towers.

Absolutely outstanding location. It exceeded our expectations. The place is decorated and outfitted with everything you need.
