Beautiful house, master bedroom was amazing!!! The lights over the kitchen table didn’t work. More eating utensils needed. So many light switches, some did nothing. Labeling would help greatly. Toilet in the master didn’t flush, the chain detached. Over all -all ok, very nice home with a spectacular view!

Mendocino with the fam

Loved this place! The location was great - felt very private, great views of the coast, beautiful sunsets, and convenient access to local parks. The house was roomy for our family - 3 yo, parents, grandparents - to spread out and relax. I docked a star because we had some issues. My son doesn’t like taking showers and we had trouble with the jacuzzi (which is listed as an amenity) - the display to operate it didn’t work and the water temperature wasn’t adjustable so we had to wait hours for it to cool down to take a bath. I would have adjusted the water heater setpoint to be less scalding but it wasn’t accessible. And the plumbing was clunky in general - pipes clanking loudly in the middle of the night, toilets kept running. And there was no ice maker - could you provide a couple of ice cube trays? And there were some things around the house that weren’t quite up to par: one of the exterior doors couldn’t be locked (deadbolt was stuck), an outlet cover was missing (which is concerning with a toddler), the hvac thermostat wasn’t adjustable (got hot in the evening with the sun), the WiFi was spotty, the oven display was very faint and hard to read, and we couldn’t figure out to operate the garbage disposal in the sink. All of these should be improved for future guests!

This property was incredible; the vista from the backyard and deck is even better than the photos make it seem. Excellent amenities throughout the home as well, with plenty of space for our whole family. Kitchen was also fantastic for cooking on a night in. Easy access to both Mendocino Village and Fort Bragg. We would absolutely stay again; as good as any hotel in the area (and likely better)!
