The holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. In the fantastic outdoor area there are 2 communal pools (one of them a children's pool), which you share, as well as the well-kept garden with garden furniture, with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes. A private terrace with barbecue is also at your disposal. Here you can spend relaxing holidays in the open air and in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance and there are also shopping centres, leisure facilities and water parks in the area. The beach is only 150 m away and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.



No parties or events allowed.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.

Pets are allowed (on request).
