Villa Yolanda - Cala'n Porter

Villa Yolanda is a charming three bedroom villa in a great location, just steps from the beach and the amenities of Cala'n Porter. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are at walking distance, even the famous “Cova den Xoroi”. At the same time it is in a part of the resort that is quiet, exclusively residential.

The villa has a private pool and a surrounding terrace that offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. It also has an impressive built-in barbecue and a pergola with table and chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.



As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious dining room and, separated by a beautiful arch, the elegant living room with its comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and direct access to the pool and terrace. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped for a first class stay.

Villa Yolanda has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with separate beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and are stylishly decorated. There are two modern bathrooms with showers.

The interior of the villa is fresh and very cozy. Air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms as well as Wifi are included.

Had a lovely stay at Villa Yolanda. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It would be nice if there was a pack of information about the local area, and where to put rubbish bags and recycling for example. And a note that the driveway entrance is quite tight, we hired a Nissan Qashqai and had only inches to spare on either side! But we had a fantastic holiday, loved spending time in the pool and Cala en Porter itself. Thank you for having us!

Nice holiday home in good and quiet location

We stayed for a week in April and overall had a very pleasant experience.Positives:‱ Very clean on arrival‱ Great location, close to restaurants (try Don Gelato – excellent pizza and coffee), supermarkets, and all within walking distance‱ Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds‱ Well-equipped kitchen‱ Lovely (though unheated) pool, plus table tennis and plenty of sun loungers‱ Quiet, safe area with street parkingThings to improve:‱ Key safe is difficult to use (worn-out buttons)‱ No fan in en-suite bathroom caused dampness‱ Some doors drag on tiles and are noisy‱ Missing essentials like instruction manuals, guestbook, recommendations and safe key‱ Heating wasn’t working on arrival – too cold in April without it‱ Curtains feel flimsy, lounge lighting could be better, and outdoor area needs maintenance (canopy, grass)Verdict:We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property, but it could use some general upkeep and attention to detail.

Great property

The Villa was as described and perfect for our family holiday. The area had exactly what we needed, all within walking distance. It would have been helpful to have a welcome book with some information regarding things to do in the area, information about the bins etc. Overall, a great holiday in a great family friendly location.

This villa is lovely for a family stay and has a great pool and outside area . It is only a short walk to the supermarket and bars , restaurants. We had a lovely holiday here .

Excellent Villa

This villa is in an excellent location, very close to supermarket & restaurants The beach was approximately 10 minutes to walk, very clean, with local cafes on the beach The villa is well equipped, very clean on arrival, pool was cleaned twice a week Table tennis & pool table were welcomed, air conditioning very efficient in the bedrooms Bathroom towels were provided, however no poolside towels were provided, this was not an issue to our party as we took our own to use on the beach Highly recommend for families, will definitely book this villa again The only thing I would like to suggest is the villa requires parasols around the pool, as these are required in very hot weather

A fantastic villa in Cala en Porter

We’ve just had a brilliant week away with our 3 boys in this fantastic villa. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants in Cala en Porter. The outside facilities were brilliant for us, we barbecued a couple of times and enjoyed eating outside under the pergola area. Our boys were kept busy by the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis table. We were thankful for the air conditioning in each bedroom as this helped us all to get to sleep at night. We would really recommend this property and Cala en Porter.
