Wonderful views

The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. From the kitchen and master bedroom you will often see dozens of parapente gliders, many of which you can watch land just a 10 minute drive from the house . A 10 minute walk downhill takes you to the small but cute center of Menthon, another 10 minutes takes you to the beautiful lake shore, and just a brief walk from the house you have the very picturesque Castle of Menthon. The home offers privacy and is surrounded by a lush garden. RĂšmi, our host was excellent. Responsive and helpful at all times. We enjoyed our stay.
