This grand estate offers a refined escape for up to 28 guests—perfect for multi-generational families, reunions, milestone celebrations, and group getaways. With over 5,000 square feet of stylish comfort and luxury finishes, every detail of this mountain retreat invites relaxation, connection, and elevated living.



Step through the double doors into a bright, open-concept living area, where warm hardwoods, soaring ceilings, and custom-built bookcases frame the elegant stone fireplace. The chef's kitchen boasts high-end appliances, granite finishes, and generous counter space, making it a dream for group meals and entertaining. Multiple dining areas and a welcoming lounge flow effortlessly together, creating an ideal space for family game nights, shared meals, and meaningful moments.



Each of the six bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable seating, stylish décor, and privacy in mind—offering everyone their own personal haven. The spacious master suite features a fireplace, spa-inspired bath, and its own screened-in porch for a truly indulgent retreat. Upstairs, the loft provides entertainment for all ages with a poker table, board games, and a dedicated snack and beverage bar.



Outside, the magic continues. Enjoy sunset views from the stunning bluffside courtyard, soak in the custom sunken mini pool/hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fireplace beneath twinkling lights. The screened porch—with a swing bed, fireplace, and dining table—offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether lounging in the cliffside double bed or gathered for an outdoor meal, every corner of French Quarter Inn is crafted to bring people together.



We’re excited to announce an upcoming enhancement to French Quarter: a thoughtfully designed playroom and gym combo being added to the garage space. This dynamic, shared area will blend fun and fitness, featuring a custom rock climbing wall, treehouse with a spiral slide, and an air hockey table alongside premium fitness equipment, including a Peloton bike, treadmill, and Tonal gym. We are also adding an out-of-this-world movie room. The photos in our listing are AI-generated to provide a look into the space once it is completed; some features may vary. Designed to appeal to both kids and adults, this one-of-a-kind space will elevate the guest experience and is scheduled for completion by Mid April 2026.
