The common area on The View level has a sitting area, a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee pot. Enjoy the swing on the deck. Bar-b-Que on the deck. **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the Inn, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the Suite which includes – tea, Keurig coffee cups, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
