FLAT Surrounded by nature, with pool , and beach nearby Apartment located in the north of the island, in front of its only golf course. It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot.
It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). The apartment is located in the north of the island, 24.3 km from the airport, 20 km from the port of Mahón and 37.4 km. from the port of Ciudadela. Fornells, a fishing village, famous for its lobster stew, is about 10 km. About 15 minutes by car are the towns of Es Mercadal and Alaior, where you can find all kinds of shops.
Son Parc beach (Arenal de Son Saura) is wide, with fine white sand and shallow, transparent waters (ideal for children). You can access by car to the parking lot and from there there are only a few meters to reach the sand. There are a couple of beach bars where you can eat.
In addition, for those who like hiking, from the apartment, walking a few minutes, you can connect with the Cami de Cavalls, a long-distance path that runs along the entire island along the coast.

Apartamento situado en el norte de la isla, frente al único campo de golf de la misma. Se trata de una urbanización muy tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza , con una bonita piscina con vistas al campo y a escasa distancia de la playa (Arenal de Son Saura ), que está a 5 minutos en coche y unos 15 minutos a pie. Dispone de tres dormitorios , dos baños completos (uno de ellos con bañera y otro más pequeño ensuite con plato de ducha), salón comedor con smart TV y reproductor de DVD , cocina pequeña pero completamente equipada ( nevera grande tipo combi , lavadora, microondas, horno, cafetera Nesspreso y Senseo, menaje, etc). Hay muchas toallas a disposicion del cliente. Ventiladores de techo en los tres dormitorios y en el salón. Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y en la puerta de acceso a la terraza.Wifi gratis de alta velocidad.

La terraza es muy grande, con unas vistas preciosas al campo de golf y a la montaña y tiene una barbacoa de obra.

Dispone de plaza de parking propia situada justo detras del apartamento y no hay que subir o bajar escalones para acceder al mismo por lo que es muy conveniente para personas con movilidad reducida.

El dormitorio más grande tiene una cama de matrimonio de 160cm. Otro dormitorio, con pequeño baño completo ensuite, tiene una cama de matrimonio de 135cm . El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales , una de 90cm y otra de 80cm, que pueden convertirse en una matrimonial.
De modo que el apartamento es ideal tanto para parejas como para una familia. El apartamento está situado al norte de la isla, a 24,3 km del aeropuerto, 20 km del puerto de Mahón y a 37,4 km. del puerto de Ciudadela.Fornells, pueblo marinero, famoso por la caldereta de langosta, está unos 10 km. A unos 15 minutos en coche están los pueblos de Es Mercadal y Alaior, en los que se puede encontrar todo tipo de comercio.
La playa de Son Parc (Arenal de Son Saura) es amplia, de arena blanca y fina y aguas poco profundas y transparentes (ideal para niños). Se puede acceder en coche hasta el parking y desde alli solo hay unos metros para llegar a la arena. Hay un par de chiringuitos en los que se puede comer.
Además ,para aquellos alos que le guste el senderismo, desde el apartamento , caminando unos minutos, se puede enlazar con el Cami de Cavalls , sendero de largo recorrido que recorre toda la isla por la costa .
