Good from start to finish. Service, quality and cleanliness of the room, value for money. Highly recommended. Secure parking is available - though bring your best driving skills as the spaces are tight.

A bargain.

Highly recommend this hotel. It was handy for the motorway, staff were very helpful, room clean and spacious and bed comfortable. The free parking was an added advantage.

Quite cheap, but basic - okay for a night's stay

This is a budget hotel - cheaper than most of the competition. You get what you pay for. The room and facilities were in good condition, but rather basic; and the room was quite small. Secure below-ground parking was useful. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast (served in the room). Location okay, near a supermarket and a few restaurants, though very much in the suburbs. All in all, good for an overnight at reasonable cost, but not a longer stay.

La hostería esta a distancia a pie al centro histórico de Mérida, la gente que nos recibió fue muy amable y se preocupo por nuestros pedidos. Para mejorar un poco, el desayuno, debería ser más variado y tener un lugar que no sea el cuarto para tomarlo. El resto excelente.

Poor Communication

Booked and had receipt from Hotels.com. Arrived after 8 hour drive weary and with dog. No room booked. Got out laptop and showed booking confirmation to clerk. Still no help. Thank goodness for google translate. Eventually given a room for us and dog, though missed out on breakfast as we were not told to order the night before. On return rang Hotels.com who called it a technical hitch but not really bothered. Glad we had no children as well! Will think twice about using Hotels.com again for booking

Basic stopover

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds creaky and hard. Bathroom clean but had to ask for loo paper. Dog-friendly but dog not to be left unattended in your room at any time. Continental breakfast - quality and size OK - is brought to your room. But not a place to stay for more than one night if comfort is important to you.

value for money and dog friendly

We booked this as they allowed dogs. The room opened onto a first floor patio ideal for the dogs to sit on. Safe parking on the street nearby where we could see the car from our window. Quiet peaceful area-no noise rom traffic etc.The young men who worked there extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast brought to our room. Only fault was the coffee being a bit cold.Nearby restaurant closed on a Monday which was our night but not far to walk to other cafes nearby -who also let dogs outside..I would recommend this for your stay.
