Wonderful clean, quiet rooms, friendly Spanish-English bi-lingual professional staff, good restaurants, one good Italian Restaurant Spasso was open until midnight, safe area, true blackout curtains. Not enough towel racks in bathroom to dry wet towels, cannot fully control A/C in room, didn’t provide requested shower chair for handicapped person (and didn’t offer to reimburse when we purchased one for them), breakfast was too expensive (but good). Even with the negatives, we enjoyed staying there for a week. We’d stay there again for sure.

Outside is nice, good restaurants options. Hotel is nice, Kind of old, rooms are ok. The Gym area NEED an upgrade for this hotel price for night, 3 machines cable were broken, equipment VERY old. There is several hotel options, if you like to excersice, look for another option.

Higher Expectations for a Hyatt Hotel
I had high expectations for a Hyatt hotel. Let me start by saying that all the staff were very friendly and it was convenient for catching the ADO bus back to Cancun. The room needs some repairs/upgrades, the walls damaged in some areas and you could see some of the patch work that was done, the refrigerator was not cold and the TV did not have an option to watch in English.

Hotel is well located but rooms are dated and dark..Hotel definitely needs an update specially being the Hyatt Regency this hotel is a 3 1/2 star. ⭐️ Staff is very nice and helpful pool is small and shady never has sun definitely not the pictures of this property disappointed..
