Spacious 3 bedroom beach house steps to the beach (about 3 mins walk). The house is located on a very large gated lot. The house has a large tiled patio with a palapa centred around a pool. There is a simple outdoor furniture and charcoal grill that guests can use. The house has Total Play Internet (wifi) and a large smart TV where guests can stream Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime and more. 2 bedrooms have AC.

The furnishings and amenities in the house are simple and basic. Please look at the photos. The bedrooms have new mattresses. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen utensils are provide for the guests.
