Elevator is broken. I have a broken back and can’t climb stairs so I had to pay more to get a room of the 1st floor. 😡. I wouldn’t have booked here if I’d known. I hate the 1st floor. Too noisy.

The price was what I would expect to pay for the convenience. However the ice machine was broken, the elevator did not stop on the 2nd floor which is where my room was located, and the bathroom mirror was horribly scarred. On the other hand the bed was comfortable and the room served it's purpose. I was able to sleep for a few hours and continue my journey.

It was convenient for my travel plans, and with a McAllister’s Deli next door it was convenient for dinner as well. It was very clean and the breakfast options were good.

I booked a non-smoking suite & was given a smoking room & it was horrible. Everything smelled of smoke including the linen which made it very hard to sleep.

This is the worst place to stay. You can hear the people above you walk across the floor. It sounds like a child is running across the floor. I am on the second floor. I really want to go downstairs. And ask for a refund. I don’t ever want to stay here again

Elevator didn’t work properly. Refrigerator didn’t work. No breakfast as advertised. Clean staff was friendly AC wasn’t working properly. Personnel was friendly I felt safe
