Pros: Friendly staff Room itself was clean One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've had. Cons: Elevator and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Smoking policy was not enforced: Saw people smoking in hallway. No handsoap in bedroom. TV misaligned with bed. Not the worst hotel stay I've had but far from the best.

Staff was courteous and helpful. We had two rooms. One appeared to not have been cleaned with exception of changing the sheets. The other room was clean but did have several ladybugs crawling on the ceiling.

Hotel staff had left dirty washcloth in sink. My son stopped to report it,. Manager gave him 2 sacks and requested he bring it back down to her. Other than that room was clean and enjoyed our stay.

Mold in shower and A/C vents. Hair in the shower. Ice makers didn't work on all floors. Noisy. Prostitutes hanging around. TV didn't work. I should get a refund but I doubt it.
