"La FĂ©tuque Crin d'Ours" is a lovely family home with modern and well-kept amenities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 246, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....

Séjour fin d'année 2017 à Merlimont

Passage des fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e 2017 dans cette superbe maison de construction rĂ©cente, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et surtout bien situĂ©e afin de pouvoir visiter la rĂ©gion. Endroit trĂšs calme , commerces Ă  proximitĂ© (Merlimont centre) , A recommander.... Avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s de tout cela. Certainement Ă  bientĂŽt , et pourquoi pas , l'Ă©tĂ© , pour profiter du Spa ! ETIENNE C. - BELGIQUE. PS : Merci Ă  la propriĂ©taire pour les dĂ©licieux chocolats de bienvenue...

Modern house

This is a new-build house within a group of new-build houses. The condition was good and served our purposes as we did not need to spend much time there but used it as a base which was fine as the parking outside was useful and access to the main route to Le Touquet was quick. The lady who met us at the start and at the end was charming and efficient. We broke a bowl but there was no charge made. The rear garden is essentially a sandpit with a hot tub so of little use unless you like that kind of thing. The house adjoins the next door with very little in the way of separation and the neighbours were noisy esp late into the night in the garden although thankfully around midnight they decided to retire into their house. As mentioned the house is one of several in a mini estate so there are plenty of people around coming and going. For the price the property was fine but not necessarily a place to spend much time.

Séjour annulé par la propriétaire le 23 mars. Nous sommes le 11 mai et toujours pas remboursé de l'acompte. Tout le monde se revoit la balle mais personne ne sait comment régler mon cas. TrÚs déçue du manque de considération autant de la part d' abritel que de la propriétaire.

Je tiens Ă  souligner l’accueil et la disponibilitĂ© de Karine, merci Karine. La maison est fonctionnelle et dispose de tous les appareils mĂ©nagers utiles. Trois belles chambres, un living spacieux avec cuisine ouverte. Un plus, le jacuzzi.

Schönes Haus aber fĂŒr das Alter sehr schmutzig

Couch bestimmt noch aus den ersten Tagen, sitzen unmöglich abgenutzt und voller Flecken genauso die BettwĂ€sche total abgenutzt mit Löscher Auf dem Bett waren lauter kleine schwarze Haare duschvorhang hatte Urin Geruch und war am Saum verschimmelt. Whirlpool schmutzig Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage wenn etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit und Pflege geachtet wĂŒrde.

Accueil super et maison vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Vraiment pas loin de supermarchĂ© et autre pour les diffĂ©rents besoin. Pas loin du Crotoy et Marquenterre pour les activitĂ©s ( promenade, Henson, etc) Super donc pour un sĂ©jour en baie de somme. Juste un petit truc pour un sĂ©jour de 2..3 jours 100% parfait, peut ĂȘtre laisser quelques Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine complĂ©mentaire (filtre a cafĂ©, sac poubelle, dreft, ...). Sinon le reste Ă©tait vraiment nickel ! A recommander tout simplement
