I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history.

Not bad for business person.

Stayed for 2nights. This is business hotel, not for holiday staying purposes. Value for price, but need improvement for breakfast. It was so poor selection.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, despite being a 2* hotel centered downtown, they also have closed parking nearby for the guests. Negatives: Nevertheless, there are some major issues with room cleanliness. The sheets were not that clean, hairs from previous guests could be seen in the toilet and the beds, and especially the carpet on the floor was very very dirty. Two other not-so-major topics were: 1. The internet was not working. There was a very complicated process to connect, but in the end, it was not possible. And the staff could not find a solution. 2. Breakfast: It was very nice with a lot of options. Nevertheless, the buffet was not renewed even if the options were over more than 1 hour before the end time of the breakfast.

I would like to come again

It was a very good experience, the reception is wonderful, the staff are friendly and want to serve you, the cleanliness is excellent, but there was a problem with the internet, the password is set in a complicated way and the internet is relatively weak, there is no isolation between the rooms and the breakfast is classic and refined.

The hotel is in the good location in central with good access to everything. Near to bus station, near to train station, foods, shop and everything. Very kind and polite also helpful staff. I recommend it. Thanks to great staff 😊

Det är missvisande bilder. Bilder på andra hotell. Dålig standard. Fick rökrum trotts bekräftelse på rökfrittrum. Allt va smutsigt även i matsalen. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående men själva hotellet behöver en ordentlig uppfräschning.
