Personel ve hizmet kalitesi gerçekten bulunduğu konuma göre çok çok iyi. Genel olarak temiz ve kahvaltı ise yeterli. Personelin ilgisi standart üzeri. Her zaman çay ve kahve ikramları mevcut. Tek olumsuz yanı eski otogar civarında olması ve diğer otellerin kötü algısının olması
