House "Ferienhaus Pier 15 A", 2 storeys. In the resort Gristow, 10 km from the centre of Greifswald, 20 km from the centre of Stralsund, 1 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Badminton, volleyball court. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The owner lives on the same property.
