I love Metung

This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan.

Great position and outlook

Great position in Metung, park your boat out front and car out the back and walk to shops, pub, restaurants. The meals at the Metung pub are terrific. The apartment is right on Bancroft Bay, facing East so the cooler Westerly breeze is not a problem. Staff at the motel where you pick up the key (particularly Tara) very friendly and helpful. The apartment, no. 3, suited us as 2 couples, plenty of room.
