Respite from Normality

In love the concept of this hotel, it being based on a surrealist novel. There are hidden quirks that relate back to the fictional owner wherever you look. It’s highly unusual, extremely comfortable & a welcome respite from the humdrum of standard corporate hotels.

un service client inexistant. J'ai fait une modification et j'ai du payer double ma modification en ayant prévenue plus d'1 semaine à l'avance. Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour. On est très loin du standard attendu.

Camera pulita e molto spaziosa con tutti i comfort. personale gentile. Ci sono due ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel, entrambi molto buoni, anche se un po' cari. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento proprio fuori dall'hotel. Lo consiglio!

Il existe à Metz un lieu d’exception : la Maison Heler fruit de l’imagination poétique de son créateur Philippe Starck. Partout des indices sont proposés qui racontent l’histoire de Heler et de son amoureuse Rose. Magique !

Alles war wie erwartet und bei der Buchung beschrieben. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und den Preis wert. Aber ein einziger Kaffeeautomat, auch wenn qualitativ herausragend, ist für +70 zeitgleich Frühstückende zu wenig. Dann für eine Tasse Kaffee bis zu 12 Minuten und länger in Schlange anzustehen , wenn das Gerät vom Personal zu prüfen war, ist definitiv zu lang und trübt den Gesamteindruck. Unbedingt 2. Maschine aufstellen.

For et fantastisk hotell! Helt nytt og flott, rått design og en nydelig atmosfære! Rommet hadde helt fantastisk demping, så du føler du er i en egen verden. Nydelig dusj, og sengen er en drøm. Hva de har gjort med sengetøyet vet jeg ikke, men det var helt utrolig deilig å sove i og det oppleves som at du er den aller første som noen gang har bodd på rommet. Kort vei til kjøpesenter om du ønsker det, stor parkering rett ved siden av og et rolig område! Bo her!!
