Sofa very dirty, curtains not put in porperly at one end( made the sun come in because it wasn't its hooks). No safe in room, no trash cans, except on small in bathroom. Front desk had 3 personel, one that didn't help us, she was very friendly. The one that help us looked like she was new but had no emotion, had no friendly face or words. She looked lost. Used to stay many times here and now i notice lower quality of service in front desk.

The customer service is a 5 star, hotel room needs un upgrade and a better cleaning. We staid in a suite but looked worst than their regular room.
