The place is very nice beautiful just wan to let people know. There is no coffee machine in the room. There’s no microwave or refrigerator. Their is safe in the room. That would be the reason I would stay again it felt safe , they have a restaurant , $600 pesos for a brunch per person, bar was a little expensive,over all good experience! It is on the zone hotelera ! We walk outside to go to the pharmacy it was in the evening and it felt safe

Yes hotel felt neglected , dirty carpet , hallways very small felt cheap , expensive breakfast buffet . The tower needs a renovation ASAP felt old decor not modern touch . Dingy old towels. Never again will my g family and I choose this hotel in comparison to the lucerna in Ensenada and Tijuana , this one is terrible .

When checking-in we weren't greeted. The service elevator was out of service so we had to share the elevator with the room service personnel and had to wait because we couldn't fit with the cart inside. I had booked the room for 2 adults and when we got to the room there was only two towels one was a regular size towel and the other one was a small towel. It was my first and last time staying in this hotel. I usually stay in Hotel Araiza, but wanted to experience how Hotel Lucerna is but doesn't come any close to Hotel Araiza.

Nice hotel in Mexicali, easy to find. Lots of security. Mostly people from California who are visiting Mexicali. Adequate parking. The workers were all very nice and friendly.
