Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a Prime Location We had a fantastic stay at Alteza Polanco! The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.

Very spacious rooms! Very good breakfast! Great TV channels and no issues with internet or staff! Recommend only that you use Uber to get there and from the hotel otherwise a very nice place to stay and safe!
