The location is just great. Very close to many attractions but somehow manage to be quiet. All the staff was amazing and very nice and helpful.

The breakfast menu was superb. As a premium guest you also get access to the 12th floor lounge which gave you wonderful views of the city and was fairly quiet. The premium room was lovely and had everything we needed. On the last day we even noticed staff cleaning the luggage carts. Their attention to detail was noticeable and the staff were very friendly. This hotel played a huge role in our overall experience visiting CDMX for the first time. Because of this, we intend on staying in Barcelo hotels from here on out.

The hotel was clean but it was incredibly nosy. There was noise every night originating from the street below or the atrium inside. Additionally, the elevators were VERY slow. It took forever to wait for an available elevator. Furthermore, the breakfast was just OK. Service was bad as waiter was running around like crazy getting people drinks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Barcelo Reforma comfortble stay

Stood there for two nights prior to returning to the states. Always a great place to stay. Very comfortable and in a convenient location close to Centro Historico. Enjoyed a great steak on premise at Sonora Grill.
