I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. There were mosquitoes in the lobby, and I ended up getting a fever from the bites. The pool was “under maintenance” during my entire four-day stay, which was very disappointing. I also visited the spa and asked the staff for assistance with the steam room. They turned it on for just 10 minutes, and when I politely asked if they could extend the time, they seemed annoyed and only kept it on for five more minutes. The worst part, however, was when rainwater leaked through the ceiling and flooded our bathroom. When we requested a room change, the staff took an unreasonably long time to respond, even after I explained that I was with my elderly mother and she was exhausted. When I went down to follow up, I found the staff casually chatting and clearly not prioritizing our issue. Overall, I felt completely neglected as a guest. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel.

Excellent hotel, with a pool and a spa. Jakuzzi is not that good it has the same water as the pool. Nice bar with live music at nights and several options of excellent restaurants inside. The buffete breakfast I’ll give it a 3-star, they definitively can improve it. I decided to stay just to enjoy the hotel, it was an excellent choice.
