Welcome to Casa Dulcinea, a home designed with our guests in mind, in the perfect location near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and public transportation.



Our spacious and comfortable house is located in Anzures, one of the most central and well-connected areas of Mexico City. The property has 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or business trips seeking space and privacy.



The Space:

This house has been designed to offer spaciousness, functionality, and a modern ambiance, making it an excellent choice for families and large groups. It features well-defined common areas such as a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry area and five bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.



We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for both vacationers and those who need to work while traveling.



The property is located in a pleasant and well-connected area, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. A diverse range of restaurants and nightlife options are just a short walk away.



IMPORTANT: Two of the rooms and the terrace are on the third floor and are accessed by a narrow spiral staircase; if you need help with your bags, we can coordinate it in advance. :)

Guest Access:

Our guests have full use of all areas of the house, as the space is designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



All bedrooms will be available during your stay, offering private and inviting spaces where you can relax, unwind, or prepare for the day's activities in peace and quiet, feeling right at home.



The Neighborhood:

Anzures is one of Mexico City’s most attractive and well-located neighborhoods, known for its residential atmosphere, security, and proximity to some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks. From here, you can easily reach areas such as Polanco, Paseo de la Reforma, and Chapultepec, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, museums, parks, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.



Its strategic location and excellent transportation connections make it easy to get around the city, while its peaceful atmosphere provides the perfect setting to relax after a day of work or exploring. Anzures offers the best of urban living combined with the comfort and charm of a welcoming, well-connected neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Getting around Mexico City is easy thanks to the wide variety of transportation options available. The Metro, Metrobús, and Ecobici are practical and affordable ways to explore different parts of the city and discover its main attractions.



If you prefer a more comfortable and direct option, Uber is an excellent choice for getting around quickly and safely. It is widely available throughout the city and easy to access from the property.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



* If you are bringing a car, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with options for 24-hour parking facilities, help you avoid parking on the street, or check whether parking may be available at the house.

Parking a vehicle, whether inside the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
