Great Location and Property

I really enjoyed the stay here, host was very accommodating and fast replies, let us check in 2 hours early also. The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. I also really enjoyed the rooftop area which was nice at night and in the morning. The best part was probably the location, which is super close to parks and many restaurants and coffee shops.

I didn’t realize that this property was communal living with no attached bathrooms. It turned out fine because we met nice people living there with us. I feel that it was misrepresented, though perhaps I didn’t read closely enough.

This place is ideal for independent, seasoned travelers.

The digital check-in is a bit complicated but I had the assistance of Fabiola and once in the rest was easy. Management is very supportive. When I expressed my surprise about the bathroom for my chosen room in the patio, I was changed to a room with private bathroom. It all worked out very well, because I enjoyed full use of kitchen for breakfast or light supper. And you can’t beat the beautiful location!

Interesting experience

I'll start with the good. The location was amazing. Having access to laundry facilities and a kitchen was also great. The woman who hosted/cleaned was very kind (sorry, I can't remember her name). The bad: The room I booked was room Alpha. The room I got was Gamma. It is a basic expectation that the room I book is the one I actually stay in. The bathroom was also very far away and behind the laundry room. Not what was represented in the pictures/listing. This is called bait and switch and travelers do not appreciate this. When you pay in advance, that puts you in a vulnerable position and have no leverage to do anything about a major issue like this. The checking in process was also very confusing. The pass-code machines and the keys difficult to use. Having a person onsite to check you in and show you how everything worked would have been nice. I must have called Yosef 20 times trying to figure out all the locks/codes.
