I have been going to Mexico for 20 years. For some reason all hotels seem to have the bad habit of having some staff knocking on your door around 9am. I arrived late; had to put out the Do Not Disturb tag. Even though I removed the sign whenever I was out, the room didn't get done in three days.

The hotel is nice but there is no easy access to anywhere. To go to the shops across the street you have walk nearly a mile because there is not a direct route. The are no refrigerators in the the rooms, no vending and I had to get ice delivered from room service.
