We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were great and made our visit even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and look exactly like the photos. I was very impressed. In addition, the staff are wonderful, always pleasant and helpful. The location is walkable to all the hot spots in Roma Norte and Condesa, many sights and amazing restaurants. Definitely have brunch in Cancino and nearby restos that are around plaza de Madrid.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. The last night there was a strange odor of what smelled to be a moldy towel, we think it had to do with water leakage into the fan into our bathroom from workers on the floors above. The restaurants across from the hotel play music very loud until late at night, but my party and I are very heavy sleepers and once we were asleep we didn’t hear the music anymore. Ultimately that was not a serious issue to complain about to staff or change our minds about the review of the property. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay!

Had a great stay at Casa Cibeles! The staff were incredibly helpful during my stay, rooms were cleaned quickly, and I appreciated having the ability to laundry facilities during my longer stay. Yes, you will hear music from the neighboring bar at night, but this wasn’t an issue for me. If it is, the team do supply earplugs. For what you’re getting and the neighborhood, I think this factor weighs pretty lightly for me.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Probably my most favorite hotel (in terms of aesthetic, distance to places, calmness) ever! Their staff was friendly; the space was clean; it was close to so many things; overall, 100% recommend!

Check in front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Location of hotel was great. Only small advice for those light sleeper is that you can hear music noises playing from our room until about 1am due to several near by bar clubs. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Perfect boutique hotel between Condesa and Roma Norte. My room was clean, cute, and spacious for a studio. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is our second stay at Casa Cibeles and it did not disappoint. The staff is simply wonderful and so attentive. The room is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. I felt that this time around the noise from the nightclub next door was not as loud but my husband did need earplugs to sleep. All in all a 10 out of 10. Look forward to many more stays when visiting CDMX.

Loved this apt/hotel! Looks new and modern. The property is within walking distance from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies,.Staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit CDMX.
