Rather than saying it is a hotel, an airbnb is more appropriate. There is no front desk to check in, only a 24-hour security guard who speaks only Spanish.
Due to weather reasons, the flight was canceled. I checked in on the second day of the reservation and I left a message to the property manager beforehand. Even so, upon arrival, the entire building was without water and electricity, and the door battery was dead, making it impossible to open the door. The next day, they encountered a circuit problem in the building and the Wi-Fi did not work.
The room did not have the air conditioner, so I contacted the property manager and she sent a heater. At the same time, the property manager cannot respond to guest needs in a timely manner like the hotel front desk.
Everything els is good like location.
